4. Wording changed on the Privacy Policy.

5. Subdomain list edited to include "trust.spencers.zone".

6. "Effective date" changed to "Last updated".

7. New numbered sections to both the Use Agreement and Privacy Policy.

8. New "Information You Provide" clause in the Privacy Policy.

9. New "How We Use Your Information" clause in the Privacy Policy.

10. New "Data Transfers" clause in the Privacy Policy.

On 26 July 2025, changes to the policy centre included:

1. Privacy Policy reworded for clarity and transparency.

2. Tally replaced by Google Forms for form handling.

3. GitHub Pages added as a listed third-party provider.

4. Expanded details on hosting structure, including a clearer breakdown of subdomain responsibilities.

5. Subdomain r.spencers.zone now explicitly listed as GitHub-hosted.

6. Clarified cookie behaviour and site ownership responsibilities.

7. Added new details about the Forms subdomain, wildcard subdomains, and proxy behaviour through Cloudflare.

8. Numerous minor language improvements on the Use Agreement and Privacy Policy.

9. Added detailed breakdown of hosting providers per subdomain

10. Clarified where DNS entries point (e.g. ghs.googlehosted.com, cname.short.io, etc.)

On 30 June 2025, changes to the policy centre included:

• Spelling mistakes fixed in the Privacy Policy.

• A slight subdomain change (redirect.spencers.zone is now r.spencers.zone).

• Date formatting changed on both the Use Agreement and Privacy Policy from DD/MM/YYYY to Day, Month, Year.
