1. Overview

This Use Agreement applies to the broader spencers.zone framework, and any site that claims it is part of the spencers.zone framework will link to this Use Agreement.

The Spencer Ledger Website (“The Spencer Ledger Website,” “spencers.zone framework,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is operated by Spencer Ledger and various third-parties. The terms “them” or “they” refer to any third parties. The terms “you,” “your,” “yours,” “yourself,” “visitors” and “users” refer to visitors and users of The Spencer Ledger Website and its subdomains. Upon visiting the spencers.zone framework, you inherently consent to abide by the stipulations articulated in these terms.

3. Maturity Rating

The Spencer Ledger Website is self-rated Minimal Maturity, however, in accordance with the UK GDPR, we do not recommend the wider spencers.zone framework site(s) for anyone under the age of 16.

4. External Links

External links on The Spencer Ledger Website are governed by their own Use Agreements. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any actions or consequences that may arise from actions taken on these external sites. Moreover, The Spencer Ledger Website does not promote or endorse the content on any external link, and we are not responsible for practices, policies, or content on these external sites.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The majority of images featured on The Spencer Ledger Website are devoid of copyright restrictions, grating you permission for usage on par with our own. It is advised, however, to verify this independently, as some images could be copyrighted that we are unaware of.

Images created by Spencer Ledger (e.g. The Spencer Ledger Website logo) are under the license Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs (CC BY-NC-ND). Under this license:

• Attribution: Users must give appropriate credit to the original creator (Spencer Ledger).

• NonCommercial: The content can't be used for commercial purposes.

• NoDerivs: Users can share and use the content, but they cannot alter, transform, or build upon it in any way.

The website owner/webmaster reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to The Spencer Ledger Website at any time, without notice and without liability.

8. Linking to The Spencer Ledger Website
